So I was able to see first hand how uncivilised and crazy my soon to be ex husbands family really is this last weekend. What mother in law stalks their daughter in laws house to see when she gets there, and then when she arrives presumes to start a fight with her and her family that was with her?? Well that would be my soon to be ex mother in law. I mean i always knew that his family was dysfunctional. but that that just proved it. I am honestly so happy that i will not be considered part of that family any longer.
To top it off my ex (obviously after talking to his mom and hearing her side of the story) sends me an email, saying how he heard Sat night got heated, and that he knows that i left new mexico earlier than what i originally said, and that he had lost all trust in me.UM REALLY?! im sorry but couldn't help but laugh at that email for a number of reasons...
1. I'm getting a divorce from this man...I didn't know i was a prisoner and i had to have permission from him on when i was able to leave to start moving on with my new life.
2. I didn't know i had to run it by his parents on what i was doing..i mean i thought this was mine and his divorce...
3.who cheated on who?? oh right he did..yet he lost all trust in me??
4.His mother went psycho on my family and I. My family and I kept our composure. So still not sure how its my fault?...
You know though. I think about the events that went down that night, and everything that his family and him have done to me in the past...and, I can take a huge sign of relief that it is over, and no longer will him or his family have control over me, and I can start living independently, and build back the confidence I once had in myself.

New beginning
So as it can be seen that i have changed the title to my blog..It is because I am getting a divorce from my husband, and i will no longer be a PROUD military spouse. I had found out when my husband deployed, that he wanted to be a little greedy and mess around with a female there behind my back. Its not like im that suprised by it all, cause its not the first time he has done something like this to me. His last depoyment before we got married, he strayed and i ended up forgiving him. We were working on it and, just when i thought things were going great and we were on the right track in our relationship. He gets another deployment, and shatters any trust that i might have started to gain back for him. But you live and you learn from things like this, and even though it hurts to be betrayed the way i did. I know that I will pick myself up from this, and meet someone who will treat me the way i deserve to be treated. I look at this as a new beginning for me to start over. That is why i decided to change the title to New Beginnings (thought it was suitable). So now my blogs will be of a different story, ones that are happy and worth talking about. It will be about my new Journey of going through this divorce and hopefully finding myself again as a person, and moving on from this experience. :)

Macy :)
So i was about to post a blog about our puppy german sheperd macy and just realized that this is my first blog about her. So allow me to introduce a new member of our family; Macy. She just turned a year old last month, and she is probably the most active dog ive ever known! lol Mike and I found macy when we were over at a friends house. We were walking out and here came macy running into mikes arms looking lost. Well we realised this German shepherd is the same German shepherd pup we saw when she was just a tiny puppy last thanksgiving in their neighbours yard. she just had grown up. We were told that she was outside all the time in bad weather conditions and not exactly getting taken care of properly. so we knocked on the door to let them know their dog had gotten loose from the backyard, and their reply was do you want her? we are trying to find her a new home cause we don't have the time for her. so mike and i being the softies we are, decided to have breakfast and think it over. We couldn't help but feel that macy had picked us that day, and wanted to have love and attention, something she wasn't getting, and she happened to run straight to us when she could have ran away anywhere else. so with that we decided we would take her off their hands and see how she did with us and jerry lee and luna, and if anything if it didn't work out, then at least we could find her a good home and not just give her to anyone or let her run away, like they were going to. So about 3-4 months later, Macy is here to stay. We all fell in love with her, and cant wait till she grown out of her puppy phase right now.
I just got her spayed yesterday and she is doing well. You wouldn't even know she got spayed the way she is acting, she runs, and jumps, and doesn't cry a bit about it. *sigh* she's my big psycho pup! well im out for now. :P

My Views So Far
One month down 5 more to go! That is when ill be able to have my husband back home with me again.I cant wait! Time has been flying by for me, thanks to school. I have been enjoying it quite a bit. I get excited each week to see what we are going to learn next, cause I know once that week is down then that's a week closer to me moving up in school and having my husband home as well.
School has surprisingly been coming to me pretty easy. I made it through some of the hard parts and still managed to do well.So far this is what I have learned and how I feel about it.
1. Nails: I don't mind it so much, Not something I see myself specialising in, but def not as easy as I thought. I have much respect for the women and men out there that specialise in the art of nails, its not as easy as it looks.
Facials (spa treatments): I do like it, not to hard to do, I would have to learn to get over the fact that I would be also dealing with skin problems such as acne ect. I like the aspect of beatifying the skin and renewing the nutrients the face and body potentially has.
Waxing/tweezing: Well as an esthetician which is one of the specialities I was originally interested in when i went into beauty school. I would also have to do the task of waxing. I don't mind it so much, but not going to lie watching videos of people getting certain things waxed made me cringe a little.lol
Make-up: Absolutely loved learning more about make-up, I had a lot of fun doing different kinds of looks and plan on getting much better at this. I already love make-up so that week was really fun for me. There is still so much to learn tips and tricks that I could use to get even better.
Treating and styling Ethnic Hair: As of right now I don't see myself doing this. It was very scary to think of all the work that goes into treating ethnic hair and if you make a mistake you could fry the hair, or client could lose their hair. I don't think Ethnic hair will be my speciality as of right now, its a bit to scary to deal with. A lot goes into the care of ethnic hair type.
Hair cutting: Well haircutting is this week and I only had done one day of it, but I have to say it went well and ill update once the week is done, I have a feeling though that I might like it though.
Until next time.........

well it happened
So i held on to so much hope that this deployment was going to be cancelled just like all the others, but looks like instead it finally happened. Now I think to myself. What to do now? Well on the upside to this is i start my cosmetology school tomorrow, and im looking forward to it, not only cause it will help time pass, but because ive been waiting to do this for quite a while now. Keeping busy is probably the only thing i can do right now to help ease the fact that he is gone for about 6 months and there is nothing i can do about it.
The day he left was heartbreaking for me, and i am so thankful i had two of my girlfriends there with me helping me through it. They both helped keep me busy that weekend so that i was not at home crying every night. I thank them for that. I am so grateful for the friends i have made here, and if anything im glad this deployment is happening now and not all the ones he could have gone on earlier. if he would have actually went on the ones that he was tasked earlier in the year, i feel like i would have been lost, I didnt know the area as well and i hadnt had the close friendships that i do now.So as much as i didnt want this deployment to happen, im also glad it happened now then before or later.
Im already looking forward to his return home. It will be so exciting cause we have a trip home planned for Christmas. We will have some debt paid, and will be able to work on goals and plans that we had set fourth.
In the meantime i am going to stay strong, for him and I. I will keep thinking that it could be worse he could be gone longer than 6 months but hes not, and that it is summertime, and summers always seem to fly by for me. Keeping my head held high :)

Is he/or isnt he?
Is He/or isn't he?? Is the question i seem to be asking myself lately about whether or not my husband is actually leaving for his deployment this time. We have come accross so many maybe deployments before that have ended up getting cancelled that now him nor I know what to think. I can count a total of at least 11 taskings that have come down for him to deploy and each time they were a no go. I have a feeling though that this one is different and he actually will be leaving for 6 months.
If it ends up that he actually does go, I find myself thinking that it will be alright. So much has changed since when i first got to this base,to now. I am much more familiar with this base and area than i was before.I will be starting Cosmetology school soon, and I have made some really great friends here as well.I know we will both be so busy that time will fly by and before we know it he will be back in Dec, where we will then be on our way back home for Christmas to be with our family.
Also where Mike is deploying to is not so bad.Even though i cant say exactly where that is right now; I do know that it is pretty safe and pretty built up now. So we should be able to communicate with much better ease, than the first time he deployed years ago.
Even though this deployment is putting a damper in our plans that we had for this summer. I just have to try to stay positive and know that there is nothing we can do about it, and just try to make the best out of the time that we have now while he is still here.
Until next time...

My Big sis
So I thought since today is My sisters birthday I would dedicate this blog to her and let her know how special she is to me :)
I will start by saying how my sister has always been a bit....well should I say VERY overprotective of me. My sister has literally lost teeth for me. No my sister doesn't walk around now with missing teeth looking like a snaggle tooth THANK GOD!She actually has really nice teeth due to the circumstances they were put through :) But she went through extreme shit for me to make sure I was always protected. Just like a big sister would do for her little sis. If anyone ever messed with me my sister would be right there ready to kick that individuals ass. My sister has been like a mom and dad to me. Maybe sometimes too much, but I know she means well. I am proud to say that i have a sister that will always have my back and always look out for my best interests. And with that said I hope she knows how much she is appreciated and loved by her little sister. HAPPY BIRTHDAY SIS! I hope you had a good one!:)
