And it Starts.....

So we Make it back safely from our trip to visit family in Illinois, and We are both super excited to be bringing our dogs back with us this time. Im am sad i will say because of the fact that i will miss family back home and i know this is really hard on them....it doesnt help that we took our dogs away from the environment they were used to for so many years. I felt bad because my dog was so used to being with Benji(my moms Yorkie) and my mom. And Jerry had Heidi (mikes Moms dog) for so long. and now im afraid they will be lost with out them. My Mom and his mom were really sad because they grew attached to our dogs. I hope time heals all wounds, cause we feel really bad right now.
Now that we have them both here we are happy and have been trying to get them used to their new home. which so far has been pretty easy. They seem to be addapting well.
We had just gotten in yesterday at around 3:00pm. and all was going well until my husband today one day after them being here gets word that someone has been complaining about a big dog and that we are not picking up his mess after he goes. Which is bullshit cause one we have the shit bags to prove it, and Two we were only here 1 day, and his dog hasnt done anything to cause attention to himself. So Tomorrow mike is going to go talk to the landlord and see if he can work something out with her because now she is saying also that it is a $400 dollar deposit for each dog! which is shit cause we asked how much it would be just in case we brought the dogs ealry and she said $250! and now she is saying no dogs over 35 pounds. But we know thats shit cause we see big dogs out around the complex all the time. I so hope mike can work something out with her cause if now we will have to move out to one of the older houses on base because its available right now. So basically we would have waited all this time to get a newer house which would have been done any day between now and february, for nothing!. im frustrated with this whole situation and im just going to hope for the best! What a year this is starting out to be..... until next time... Dianna
